Yes. We issue an invoice that you can submit to your health insurer. Reimbursement depends on the terms of your policy. Before your visit, check with your insurer which services are covered and which documents you need to provide.
Bring any existing test results, discharge summaries and other medical records relevant to your visit. Prepare a list of your medicines and supplements, including doses, and note any known allergies. You can also write down questions for your doctor. See our Appointment preparation page for more guidance.
You do not need to arrange new tests in advance unless a doctor has specifically recommended them. Bring the results you already have. During the consultation, the specialist will assess whether further tests are needed.
